Front web application unresponsive after login or refresh

Resolved - From Wednesday 2023-08-16 01:02 to 01:37 UTC, users may have seen a blank or unresponsive page when logging into Front or after refreshing the page. A bug in the front-end code resulted in an unhandled exception when loading the page, affecting users who access Front via a browser and via the desktop application. There was no loss or delay of messages during this time, only the inability to access the web application.
