Scheduled - We identified a low-level bug in our database software that is causing intermittent user-visible slowness and errors. To fix the bug we are planning to perform an emergency database upgrade.
We expect the Front application and Front Chat widget (if used) to be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes during this maintenance window.
There will be no data loss and all new inbound messages will be available once service is restored.
